A bit about our helpdesk
Lucas Software Solutions have worked in support long enough to know that helpdesk software is important to our customers, indeed we have written a number for various clients to use internally.
We provide our online helpdesk to all our customers so they can monitor progress on changes or development and log problems as and when they occur.
The current LSS helpdesk was written by our team here and provides a quick and easy way for customers to log support calls and monitor their progress
The web based helpdesk is written in PHP/MySQL and has amongst it's features:
- Email notifications
- Full audit tracking
- Colour coded all calls view
- Last updated highlighting
