Email and our responsibilities to our customers

As a customer of Lucas Software we have a responsibility to ensure your website has as close to 100% uptime as possible; we will provide support where possible and ensure you have a reliable email service.

We are responsible for your incoming mail as it is handled by our UK based server and where possible we will help you with the setup of your mail client, and help you with webmail queries.

However we are not responsible for your outgoing mail, this is handled by your ISP and we have no control over how they operate their outgoing mail systems.
